The PrecisionTx laser system can tighten, tone, and improve the contours of your lower face without major surgery or visible scars. This laser skin tightening procedure helps our Westchester County-area patients correct the signs of aging that previously necessitated facelift surgery.

(914) 761-8667. Our surgeons look forward to helping you achieve your reconstructive and cosmetic goals.
What’s New?
The PrecisionTx device uses leading-edge technology to smooth away contour irregularities and tighten the skin of the lower face. This area, particularly the chin and jawline, are where many people report the earliest and most noticeable signs of facial aging. Because it requires only local anesthesia, PrecisionTx is a wonderful option for patients who want to turn back the clock without taking a lot of time away from their favorite activities.
The CSANY Difference
At Cosmetic Surgery Associates of New York, we offer only techniques that are scientifically backed and proven to deliver results. Our surgeons and support staff work with you to recommend the appropriate treatments for your own specific concerns. We’re excited to offer PrecisionTx as an option for our skin tightening patients from Westchester County, Fairfield County, New York, and beyond.
Procedure Overview
Most PrecisionTx procedures last about 90 minutes. At the beginning of the procedure, one of our surgeons first cleanses and numbs the targeted area with local anesthetic. This area is typically beneath the jaw. The surgeon then makes a series of 3 small incisions. Through these incisions, he inserts a very thin tube and directs the laser to the targeted areas. During the procedure, the laser first melts unwanted fat deposits. The surgeon then turns it upward to heat loose skin. The heat produced by the laser triggers the skin to contract and begin producing more of its own collagen for results that are both immediate and sustained. At Cosmetic Surgery Associates of New York, we also use the PrecisionTx device to treat axillary hyperhidrosis, or excessive underarm sweating.
For those individuals with more advanced facial aging, we may recommend a face lift or another form of facial rejuvenation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the procedure feel like?
Thanks to the use of local anesthetic, a treatment with PrecisionTx is not painful. Some patients report a sensation of warmth or pressure as the laser is directed, but these sensations are easily tolerable.
What will my scars look like?
The PrecisionTx procedure requires the use of tiny incisions hidden discreetly beneath the jaw. Over time, and with proper skincare habits, these incisions fade to flat marks that are easily covered with makeup. Their location makes them invisible to most people, making PrecisionTx one of the most popular facelift alternatives at our Westchester County-based practice.
What is the recovery process following PrecisionTx?
One of the wonderful things about PrecisionTx is that it doesn’t require any significant recovery period or activity restrictions. In most cases, patients can get back to their regular activities right away (if sedatives are administered, we advise patients to spend the rest of the day resting at home). Many people report an immediate improvement in the treated area, but the final results continue to develop over the course of 3 to 6 months as fat fades away and skin tightens.
